The hiring process for this position was very intense. First I had a phone interview with the HR rep. Then I had a phone interview with local manage and then a phone interview with the head of the department in London. All three interviews last about 40 minutes to an hour over a span of three days. Then I was asked to do an in person interview the following week which lasted 4 hours. My interview was received well and it was only down to me and one other person but I was the less qualified person and did not get the job. The whole interview process was a great learning experience however.
