3 rounds of interviews. Panel and individual in offices. Some were very general and not particularly professional in terms of conversation and were more casual. They reach out and invite people they are interested in to interview before OCIs, which some law schools don't like.
They go through your resume and ask about school but really just want to see what kind of person you are and if they like you. Be personable and ask about their cases
