Applied online. Received an interview request about a month later. Met with the hiring manager and one of the other stakeholders. Had a nice enough conversation. Hiring manager told me that they would get back to me the following week with next steps. Haven't heard a peep since and that was 2.5 months ago. Contacted HR several times with no response. The red flags are numerous and easy to see.
