Could not have had a better interview process! The interview was two days. One evening was an onsite networking informational event, where we spoke with other LASR Program members as well as influential executives. It showed me the welcoming and fun Lenovo culture. The second day was a 3 part interview to allow me to demonstrate my skills and abilities beyond just talking to someone in a room for an hour. It was actually fun!

Entretien
The first round is an assessment, and online one way interview. For the assessment it's gauging your personality. For the interview there are 5 questions that they ask. You can redo your answer twice for each question.

What was your role and what made the team successful? tell me your interest in sales. Why is sales important? what attracted you to lenovo and why did you apply to the lasr program?Tell me about a time you used innovation to solve a problem?

Entretien
The interview was online, it was one way where you had to record yourself. I believe it was 5 questions. They gave you 20 seconds to think of a response and 2 minutes to answer.

Why sales at LASR Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service
Very relaxed and it was pretty smooth. More of a nice easy conversation. Talk about skills and weaknesses as well as what makes you a good leader. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it was pretty straight forward.
