J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lenovo (Dublin, Dublin) en janv. 2017
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter who straight away started asking me questions about my background and salary expectations without even providing baseline information about the role. The recruiter's tone was pushy and quite arrogant. She wasn't happy about me not agreeing to disclose my salary expectations (at that moment knowing close to zero about the role as such!). The hiring manager turned out to be quite nice and provided a lot of information on the role. The only thing that left me wondering is the fact that Lenovo didn't want me to fly to the job location for interview - they were expecting to hire me based on Skype interview! They even asked me if I was going to be in the specified location any time soon (=whether I would pay for my tickets and travel??) After the interview the recruiter got back in touch asking for my opinion (without giving me any feedback though) and again asking for my salary expectations. After I shared my expectation, they basically disappeared into nowhere. This whole thing left an impression of them as of a "cheap" company that doesn't hire people into the right salary bands and doesn't properly interview. God knows how many people they have hired over Skype!
