Contacted by recruiter who stated the process would be quick. My credentials matched exactly for the posted opening. After speaking with two recruiters, the next steps included six senior level interviews. Three were in person. The offer process is long.

Basic interview with a list of questions. seemed like getting the questions asked might have been more important than hearing the responses. The back and forth was comfortable and they were not trying to trip anyone up with the questions.

2. face to face interview in the 2nd round with department manager. Asked about experience and why left and join Lenovo. Pricing models in different scenarios.
3. Final round review with 2nd line manager. Ask expectation, vision and plan if hired.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and disorganized from start to finish. The entire process was 6 weeks long and the lack of transparency or direction was as bad as it gets. Never again, Lenovo.
