The interview was conducted remotely via zoom. It involved 3 separate meetings with various stages of management. The process was well thought out and expectations were clearly presented. My questions were answered honestly and it is clear that the company is interested in setting candidates up for long term success by taking the time to listen and consider my goals and requirements.
