A member of Human Resources will call you and she will inform you of the nature of the job (16 hour shifts, 7 days a week for your entire contract) and the pay per hour. After informing you, she will ask if you are still willing to do the grueling work.

The phone interview was very simple. After being asked a series of questions, I was immediately extended a job offer. HR emailed me the job offer that included all the necessary information such as rate of pay.
