Despite my clear overqualification, I was tasked with a pre-recorded interview. Shockingly, I swiftly received a discourteous rejection email. In my pursuit of feedback, I was met with nothing but silence. This experience left me quite disheartened, as I had expected a more respectful and considerate approach from the hiring process. It's disheartening when a potential employer doesn't value the time and effort candidates invest in the application process.
