I received a call from a "recruiter"/coordinator, then a first interview in face to face with the manager: I had a form to choose which day I'm able to work, some basics questions about your title, driving licence etc. And a second interview with the same manager, including a small training time with other candidates. It takes more than a hour; you finished the day with an individual meeting with the manager to check your motivation.
BUT be careful! They fool you with the title of the job, it's more like a sales representative that you may be. Selling credit card form the Canadian Tire company. The same offer it's also called "Marketing Associate", "Campaign representative"...
