Initial contact through recruitment department. After I travelled to London for my interview and arrived at the venue, I introduced myself and my reason for visiting. They asked me to wait at the bar. After about an hour, the manager appeared and apologised. He did not realise I was coming in for an interview. Poor communication between recruitment dept and venue. Wasted my time and money on the long and expensive journey.
