Had a phone interview with them for around half an hour. They ask if I had experience with Python, Matlab, and Shell scripting. Then they asked whether or not I am able to solder. The interview was very light and they offered me a position the next day. The process was really fast.

The requirement of shell scripting is not as common but as long as you have majority of the other requirement that they are asking for, it should be fine.
