Long process that took multiple phone calls, an oral exam in both languages, and a long over the phone interview. The recruiters seemed very friendly and helpful. There is a lack of hours. I have never received more than one assignment per day.

The process was long and overly complicated. Most of the focus was on technical requirements rather than interpreting skills. Even though my setup works flawlessly with other platforms, they insisted I add extra equipment that wasn’t essential. On top of that, they required a test, which felt unnecessary given my years of professional interpreting experience. Overall, it felt more like a series of hurdles than a fair evaluation.
