Received a call from a third party recruiter for LTIMindtree and she took all my details and we also agreed upon my expectations after 2 weeks of the call the first interview was scheduled and later the 2 interview was also scheduled in 2 days. After the second interview in 2 days received a mail from HR for documents to process for HR interview, upon giving all the documents they rejected me because what I expected was way lot for them. This is very negative scenario and negative ghosting attempt on me. Don't fall for this company if you are a skilled candidate. Two technical rounds, in first round the interviewer had a question sheet from which he was reading and questioning me. Second was taken by lead who asked me good quality questions on dotnet API application security and other stuff.

It was a very nice experience interviewing at LTI Mindtree. Interviewer was polite and patiently listens the ans.Starting with basic ques and project details then deep dive to the java core concepts.
