I applied online, heard from the hiring manager the next day, did a phone screening call, next was put onto the 2nd round with a Zoom interview, and then finally had an in-person interview to meet the team and have one-on-one meetings with them.

Good interview. Was recruited by a recruiter on Linkedin. The go-through process between her and the interviewer was sort of wacky and unnecessarily difficult. However, as a whole I viewed this process as a positive experice. The job that I was interviewing for was highly competitive, and my experience in sales is limited but I do have knowledge on the fundamentals and am a person-oriented man. My drive to succeed is fundamental as well. Anyways, enough about me. The person being considered for the job is probably much more experienced than I am and sales is not my preferred position to make things clear (although I am very open to it). Great company, great culture, good interview, the Austin location is nice and it is only going to expand from here. Would recommend applying!
