Two store managers sat across me at at table in a large room - where there were many other tables with the same scenario. They were very good about repeating and rephrasing questions so I could provide the best possible answer. They were friendly and open; and laughed at my jokes.

Brief phone call with a general manager. Short and to the point about the process and the job. I ended up being passed up to corporate to place me because the store I interviewed at was too far for my commute.

It was an interview over the phone. The interview was very informal. The interviewer asked a few standard interview questions like, can you lift 50 lbs., are you legally able to work in Canada, do you need any accommodations for the job...

Applied online and got a call back a month later to schedule an interview. Got interviewed by two people and it consisted of 10 questions. All 3 references were called after the interview.
