The candidate experience was extremely underwhelming and inefficient. Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn for a screening interview, then later had 4 separate interviews with various leaders in the business - 5 interviews total. 3 weeks post final interview, the recruiter arranged for a check in meeting which was aimed to be a ‘warming’ discussion. The recruiter went on to share a hiring decision had yet to be made as the HR team was in the process of a major shake up however, interviews were still being held with other candidates. I was told I would receive an update the following week and was met with radio silence. Neutral experience as the interviewers were nice and the discussions were very conversational. I was initially excited about the company and role but too many red flags had an offer been extended.

Had an initial phone interview with a recruiter and then in-person interview with Hiring Manager. I didn't get past the Hiring Manager but they mentioned the next step would be meeting the client group. Questions were improvised by the recruiter and Hiring Manager but were similar to formal questions you'd expect. Notes were hand written on the back of your resume. Some tardiness issues with setting up the interviews and arriving on time to the interviews but overall the interviewers were pleasant.
