Initial screen with Recruiter at 6 AM. Then to be scheduled with hiring VP; who no showed 4Xs. Additional interviews with 14 separate Directors & VPs and one co-worker who admitted to being hired because they had been in the service with the hiring Mgr. & had no corporate experience (at the Director level).
