Really relaxed. Presented a case study followed by questions, then a half an hour interview with HR talking about how I align with their values. Each question was aimed at one of their 5 values with a real focus on past experience and your personality.

It consisted of 2 written responses and 1 recorded video response. There was no time limit so you’re able to prepare for the answers but they weren’t too difficult anyway.
