It was very easy. The interviewer welcomed me and asked me about my previous experience, why I applied to the role and gave me info about the role. Asked me about my willingness to do team work and my strengths and my weakness or areas I want to be better in. There were hard questions. I suggest you keep in mind your experience in min.

The process took two rounds: one round with a recruiter (just a screening), and a second round with the Hiring Manager and HR Representative. Process moved fairly quickly and offer went out soon after, I believe ~2 weeks.

It was casual and well structured. There were 3 rounds excluding the phone screen. Met with the hiring manager twice and got to meet the team during the final interview.

Echoing on a couple others' experiences: I interviewed with someone currently in the position I applied for, and was probably only there to help her gain experience or give her something to do. A candidate was essentially already chosen, and it was just a courtesy interview probably to fulfill a quota or something. And then I got a standard rejection email a couple weeks later. What a great company — seems like they really value candidates' time and energy! The interviewer wasn't engaged whatsoever. I've also heard horrific things about their WLB, so interview at your own risk.
