The interview had a lot of questions, and I mean a lot. Most of which were, “tell me a situation where this happened at your previous jobs”. They basically just want to know how you handle situations. We also talked about my past work experience and the expectations of Kwik Trip.

Tell me a time when you had a stressful day and still had to go to work. How did you handle that?
The interview process was easy, asked how flexible my schedule could be and was offered the job after passing a drug test. The interview was short and the interviewer was friendly but I imagine that could vary.

Has three rounds of interviews. First, they ask you questions. Second, they ask about your schedule. Third, they talk about uniform. I'm not sure why they don't do all of this at one interview, but my store was weird.

Entretien
Initial interview to get to know you, secondary interview then got offer. Lots of phone calls between myself and the recruiter. Second interview was with some leaders at the particular store.
