Managers asked me questions for about 30 minutes, then toured me through the facility. The job was offered on site and they set up my first day and got my measurements for the uniform.

Fairly long interview process including phone call, Zoom interview, and an interview with a manager in the warehouse. Asked a lot of situational questions about previous jobs and experiences. Be prepared to give examples from previous jobs on how you handle conflict, timeliness, relationships, etc.

In your interview for the Material Handler position, they care more about who you are as a person rather than how qualified you are for the job. Why? Because anyone can be a material handler, but not everyone fits the culture that Kwik Trip continuously tries to build.
