One group interview with the other technicians present throughout. The QC manager was there. The QC manager lead the interview. The QC manager asked questions on education, work experiences and outlook. It was intimidating.

Applied online. Received a phone call approximately 2 weeks later from HR and scheduled a 1:1 interview. The format of the interview was initially skills-focused and went into behavioral. Depending on how you respond to the questions determines how much additional information gained about the company. Overall, the interview was laid-back and friendly. I would suggest asking all questions up front before the interview.
