I was hired in by Jay C's, a sister company owned and operated by Kroger. The lady who interviewed me, the assistant manager was nice and very personable. The interview was about thirty minutes long. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

if i was on my way to break and a customer stopped me and asked me for help what would i do?
The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
