The interview process has been a very pleasant, swift, well-informed process for me at every stage. It has been around a three week process from a simple online application to an offer. All of the interviews were conducted remotely via Google Meet which was very convenient. Amy Park, the Senior Talent Partner at Kraken is super friendly and she has been fantastic in supporting me through each of the stages with my first interview with herself directly and then for each of the other interviews she would brief me the focus points ahead of the interview and post interview by scheduling a call with me for my feedback. Even though it has been a 5-step process, each stage were a very straight forward experience: (1- HR interview, 2- Hiring Finance Manager, 3-Take home Case study – was a challenging exercise but felt like a real on the job task, 4- Review of case study approach with the Finance Manager and Senior FP&A Analyst and discussed how I work, then final interview with Head of Finance. All of the interviews were conducted in a conversational style format and I really appreciated this approach as I felt comfortable getting to know the team and speaking openly with each interviewer.
