I interviewed with the recruiter over the phone and then had an interview with the hiring manager and 3 others. The interview difficulty was average and the hiring process takes a while. Verbal offer was made within a week, but formal offer took a little over 1.5 months.

It was a very thorough process. I met with approximately 15 people and got a tour of the factory and labs throughout this process. Every person that I talked to at Kohler was friendly and intelligent. I am rating this as a difficult process, but not in a negative way.
