The on-site interview was conducted by the direct manager and VP of Sales. Both men were very professional and accommodating. They had a packet of set questions they presented to me and provided me with the opportunity to ask questions. Following the interview, they explained they had other candidates and would contact me soon. The meeting lasted approx. 1 hour.
In preparing this review, Glassdoor required I selected an outcome. I selected that I did receive an offer however at this time, I have not heard back from the company.

Quick to follow up but the overall process took a while. You speak with a couple recruiters before the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and felt more like a conversation than interview.

Very long process. 4+ rounds. Easy questions though. Seems like they want to push it up the later to the top before hiring. It took over 6 weeks to get it done, although it was holiday times

Entretien
Answered the phone and had a nice welcome and short introduction. Was told the first few questions would be some basic corporate style questions and then would proceed to questions that more pertained to the position.

First statement was are you aware of Kohlers commitment to covid19 and requiring all new hires to be vaccinated. This was not listed anywhere on the job application or requirements. Just a heads up to anyone looking.
