This interview was a group interview and everyone was hired for the holidays. Those that proved to be good workers especially in customer service skills and getting credit applications were kept as part time rather than let go once the holiday season was over. After you answer the basic interview questions which include asking what you would do in a described scenario, learning the history and values of the company and yes we can policy, you are eventually escorted out onto the floor to practice greeting customers throughout the store.

Relatively easy asked me to tell them about how I would handle different situations and previous retails experience. I interviewed with a manager and was asked about my availability. I got a call the same day.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
