Applied online and received call back for interview. Went to interview only to walk in and find out there was 9 other people in the room for the same position. It end up being a group interview. There was two managers there, one was asking the questions and the other was writing down your responses.

Question 1
The questions were easy surprisingly, nothing out the usual. There was one question that tripped some of people up, which I thought was a make or break question. The question was, If you see a friend stealing, what would you do?
Interview was easy. But the job was chaotic and unorganized. Managers were rude. Coworkers were pleasant. Return policy is terrible so only work here if you can deal with old things and used products.

All done online. It was all done by Zoom. It was very easy. Not hard. It only took a few minutes. They told me to come to the store. I did and they hired me.

The hiring manager was thorough and informative about the position. He shared some benefits that associates could use while they are employed with the company. One benefit, he shared was the flexibility work schedule.
