Having immigrated here, this was my first job interview in the USA. Compared to back home, it was a much longer and more intimidating process, but the hiring manager made it a breeze for me. She was friendly and helpful throughout the whole thing. Plus I got the job in the end of it which is a plus.

The whole process was so FAST! I applied and got a call in 10 minutes. We did a phone interview and scheduled an in-person for the next day. I arrived and immediately had an overwhelming "I WANT TO BE HERE" thought. The receptionist was very sweet and then I met Drew, the Expansion Manager. He was very personable, professional and all around welcoming. Very streamlined process!

I sent in my resume and cover letter and a few days later received an email asking me to watch a video on the company's website along with answering a few questions. This lead on to a short phone interview with standard questions like, "Why do you want to work at Knowbe4?"
At the end of the interview I was invited to come in and do some tests. The tests were in two parts:
1. A simulation test which involved basic spreadsheet editing, looking up companies on LinkedIn, finding out how many employees they had then assigned a member of sales to each company based on set criteria.
2. Three Scientology tests. The first a short, quick logic / IQ test, the second an 80 question logic / IQ test and the third a 200 question "personality test".
I completed the tests and was told I'd done a good job and would hear back later about my results. When I hadn't heard back after a week, I contacted HR who responded with a rejection as I'd failed the tests - although I was told I could try again in 90 days.
I'm confident that I did well in everything but the personality test.
A little research will lead you to finding out that the tests were designed by the Church of Scientology and the personality test is in fact their Oxford Capacity Analysis (OCA) test which is often used to recruit new members. If you plan to work at Knowbe4 its worth researching the tests beforehand and if you pass them question why!
