People were led into the break room area where they were broken into small groups and were told to introduce each person and one fact about them. We then had to fill out a questionairre with a few questions about availabilities and personal strengths. Afterwards, each candidate was interviewed individual for a few minutes and the questionairre was handed in to the interviewer.
