Handed resume in store, got an email about an interview about a week later. It was an individual interview, around 10 minutes. Asked a few straightforward questions about prior experience and availability.

Describe a challenge you faced in your past role and how you overcame this?
The interview process was not that hard. It was quite easy and the manager/interviewer was quite friendly. It was quite chill and not as stressful as I thought it would be.

i interviewed at Kmart, it was a pretty straightforward interview. most of the questions where “what would you do if-“ and why you want to work there. i got an email today (a week later) telling me i’ve been successful of moving to the next recruitment stage which is submitting birth certificate and photo ID.
