Had a good chat with HR, and subsequently informed to let me know if the hiring manager is keen. Waited one month before I seek for an answer and was informed they have not decided to interview me. Unprofessional and says alot on their culture?

I went through three rounds of interviews, including one Recruiter call, one Panel presentation, and lastly one General Manager chat. It was all quite simple and straightforward. They only gave me 3 days to complete the task they shared knowing the canditate has a full time job.

1st i got a phone interview with the HR, then she set up a face to face interview with the Head of Marketing. The next week, i had another F2F interview with someone who would work with me as peer, lastly I had a causal chat with someone who would be working in the same team but junior than I do
