First step with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a presentation and meeting with various team members for 3 hours. The process was excellent up until that point. After the series of interviews and presentation, the recruiter and hiring manager went silent. No feedback. Didn't even bother to respond to any follow up emails. Very unprofessional and shocking considering how small the ecommerce world is. Recommendation: Do better. Be better. People are hurting out there and trying to find their next place to land. They have taken time to learn about you, your culture, and are excited about the potential. Don't leave them hanging. It's shameful.
