First step with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a presentation and meeting with various team members for 3 hours. The process was excellent up until that point. After the series of interviews and presentation, the recruiter and hiring manager went silent. No feedback. Didn't even bother to respond to any follow up emails. Very unprofessional and shocking considering how small the ecommerce world is.
Recommendation: Do better. Be better. People are hurting out there and trying to find their next place to land. They have taken time to learn about you, your culture, and are excited about the potential. Don't leave them hanging. It's shameful.

Very structured and data driven interviewers. Everyone I met was nice. Process was quite long and went on for a couple of months but I was prepped well. I believe it is a company with a really high growth trajectory.

Good overall but highly focused on numbers. Very transactional and small deals. Culture seemed good overall
Focus a lot on your numbers… make sure you have a SF report printed out before you have a call
