My process was a little different than normal because I networked my way in instead of applying directly or reaching out to the recruiter. I believe the typical interview process would be: Recruiter screen --> Hiring manager screen --> Team interview plus presentation on a sourcing challenge.

Question 1
They ask you to present on a sourcing challenge that they give you. There's no real "right" answer. It's a conversational presentation so that they can get a good understanding of the way that you think.
