A Klaviyo recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn some months before. After I reached out, I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and a second call with the hiring manager, a group PM.
The communication between myself and the recruiter left a lot to be desired.
Before my initial phone screen, the recruiter and I set up a time via messages on LinkedIn. She never sent a calendar invite or secondary message to confirm, and she actually even accidentally called me the Friday prior, confusing me with another candidate.
For my hiring manager interview, the recruiter again did not confirm the date and time with me or send a calendar invite. On the day of, an hour before the interview, she sent an email with a Zoom link and an odd caveat that it wouldn't be a technical exercise.
In both calls, I was told that they were aggressively trying to double the size of their PM team by the end of 2020. Both recruiter and hiring manager told me that I would hear back about next steps by the end of the day or the next at the very latest, following the call. They never communicated on their expressed timeline and I still haven't heard back after my hiring manager interview, now nearly two weeks later. I have followed up twice and not received any kind of communication.
I still am not quite sure if I'm moving forward in the process, but I have not been impressed with the way the interviews were planned and conducted, and I would think twice before joining or applying to this company again.

Interview scheduling was swift, with initial Recruiter call being pleasant. When meeting with the Hiring Manager, was pressed on how much work I did versus the team I was on. There were specific questions related to the role and projects, and a brief overview of the company and team.

Entretien
The interview started with some small talk to build rapport. Then they asked me questions about my background and past projects. They also shared details about the position responsibilities, expectations, and their team structure. Overall, it felt more like an introductory screening than a deep technical interview.
