The interview process was easy and mostly behavioral questions such as Tell me about yourself, questions about your work experience, and questions about your understanding of underwriting and the insurance industry overall. The interview lasted around 2 hours and got an offer after 3 days of doing the interview.

Interview process started with a tour (a bit odd, since you aren't guaranteed to be hired). You're then brought to a conference room and interviewed by various sets of people. I was interviewed by a very nice lady from HR, a panel of VPs from underwriting, and a panel of managers from underwriting. Very relaxed interview overall.
