My experience interviewing with Kimley-Horn was great. The process started with a recruiter call and then two formal interviews. Everyone I spoke with was approachable and enthusiastic about their work, and they made me feel comfortable sharing my experiences while learning more about the firm’s collaborative environment.

First there is a short 15 minute phone interview with a recruiter who will ask screening questions and will then match you to a department and location (if there is more than one office in the city you apply to) based on your interest. Next, there is a 1-2 hour panel style interview with 3 rounds. Each round has 2 interviewers who will ask questions based on one aspect of the interview (mine seemed to be technical, personality, previous experience). I heard back within 2 weeks after both interviews, and the recruiter was very responsive.
