Approached by Recruiter. Took part in 2 interviews. First with Recruiter, second with Hiring Manager and AI Lead (who supposed to check my technical knowledge). The interview process was well-structured, beginning with a panel interview followed by a technical assessment . Initially, the discussion focused on my experience with automation tools and frameworks. But contrary to the job description, the interview was heavily focused on AI, with minimal attention given to automation. Most questions revolved around AI algorithms, machine learning techniques, and AI-driven tools, rather than traditional automation frameworks and processes. The interviewers were highly knowledgeable about AI but seemed less prepared to discuss automation in detail. This was surprising given that the job description had positioned automation as the main focus. The AI-related questions were advanced and specific, which would be suitable for a role primarily centered on AI. This mismatch between the job description and the interview content was quite frustrating. This experience highlighted a lack of clarity and alignment in the hiring process. Additionally, I noticed that Kilo Health had posted two different job listings for the this same position with different job titles.
