Phone interview, then in person at Omaha HQ’s. Applied for engineering position, straight out of college, no technical questions really. Heard back pretty quickly after that. (1-2 weeks) Overall the interview process was pretty positive and quick. Nothing to complain about.
Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Entretien
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
