Puntuales pero bastante desorganizados, no parecía que se hubieran preparado para la entrevista y no había casi nada de estructura en sus preguntas. Los entrevistadores fueron amables pero les hace falta experiencia para esto.

They have an interview before they invite you for a "Career day" where they introduce you to several people in different markets/job titles. There they also do 1-1 interviews. They are very adamite about "going where the work goes" so, if you dont want to travel dont even try. After career day, you get your offer if you are willing to travel.

Zoom interview with a field engineer at a different location. Basic questions about background and why you want to focus on this career. Very nice interviewer and asked good questions.
