J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KeyBank en juil. 2010
Entretien
My interview process consisted of a 2 phone interviews and 1:1 interview; so a total of 3 interviews. The first interview was from a general recruiter, followed by an interview with an HR/recruiter that specializes hiring for the specific department. My last interview was a 1:1 with the department manager at Corporate HQ. The next step in the process was to be a follow up from HR and another interview at HQ with another department head and department member. Now, I do recall having a brief conversation about salary expectations with HR but perhaps I was caught off guard and not prepared. This may have been part of the factor of not receiving an offer but there were other candidates. I will say that during the phone screen process they asked a lot questions related to business acumen. So, I would be prepared to answer questions about basic accounting concepts. I passed that phase but if you want to work as a financial analysts with no experience be prepared.

Firstly, Talk about yourself. The interviewer is nice and patient.
Then, Walk through a few questions, to know more about me.
General Behavioral questions followed.
No technical questions.
Must answer the question step by step.
One Hour Case Study: case study involving excel sheet and financial models. Allowed thirty minutes of work time and thirty minutes to explain your work and/or behavioral and technical questions.
The interview process was super painless and enjoyable. The first interview was a 20 min introductory phone call where you discuss a bit of your background and answer a few behavioral questions. After the at, there was a second panel interview that lasted around 45 minutes or so with 5 members of the team who each take turns asking questions. There were no real technical questions, just behavioral “tell me about a time when” sorta questions. They also asked about your interest in the role, what makes you stand out among peers, and why you want to work at Key. After the questions are done, you get the chance to ask them some questions. Make sure you prepare some to show your interest in the role. Everyone in the process was nice, and it was easily the best interview experience I have had. After the interview it only took them a few business days to get back to me.
