After applying online, you'll get an email to sign up for a time if they choose to interview you. If they don't, you'll get a rejection email. I suggest keeping a look out for this email because times go quickly. The interview is 30 minutes in a solo interview with 3 different Senior RAs and 6 professional staff members. You'll start sitting in the middle of the room with the other candidates in your chosen time slot, and then you pick an interview table when prompted. You'll have about 5 minutes at the table with an RA and 2 pro staff members, then you'll move back to the middle of the room until the 5 minutes is up (if you finished early) and they're ready for another rotation. This happens to more times for a total of 3 tables visited. When I was hired, there was a group interview that was conducted by other RAs to evaluate leadership and teamwork, but they didn't do this in subsequent years. I also had to go to a social event with the other candidates and the RAs of that year. The interview process has changed every year, but the solo interview format has stayed the same and that is definitely the most important component.

In order to get the job, after applying online, if selected you'll have to face a personal interview and a group activity. In the personal interview you will be interviewed by three people at once, each one will ask 2 questions and then will ask you if you have any question. This process is repeated three times; each interview lasts 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. The same day you are requested to attend a group activity during the evening in which they will judge you outside before even beginning the whole event, and then inside the room where ice-breakers will take place. At the end there will be free time to talk to everybody and your relational skills will be judged.
