The interview process was very fair. We discussed the role and expectations. None of the questions were out of the ordinary. a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer etc

The HR manager (who had called me by phone after I submitted my CV online) and someone from head office held the in person interview. The interview was well structured and professional and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what it would be like to work there.
