Premier contact par mail pour une proposition d'entretien. Premier entretien avec le CEO basé au Sri Lanka en visioconférence de 30 mins. Entretien détendu sur un format classique questions/ réponses. Délais de retour indiqué est de 2-3 jours après l'entretien. Si le retour est positif, deuxième entretien programmé avec le manager sur Paris pour un entretien en face à face.

Entretien
There were 4 interviews and an assignment. Final interview with the CEO. Offer given after final interview. Whole process takes about four weeks. Final interview was conducted at the office whereas other interviews were conducted online. They insist you to reveal your current salary. They should have budget and based on the candidate's performance it should be finalized. But they simply asks for current salary and then add 25% and offerred. I also spend lot of time during the process, so I would expect some respect in the process. They simply send you a message. Expected a call and inform atleast when you have some arguments on the offer finalisation.
