Entretien
First an oncampus interview. If you do well, they recommend you for an office visit. Office visit was awesome. For a small company, they offer their employees an awful lot and have great opportunity for growth. Only turned it down because I had a better offer (bigger firm).

wasn't invited to a dinner like the rest of the candidates; and felt like they premade their decision
