It was simple: there are two rounds of interviews. The first one is virtual, and the second one is in person. In- person inveriview includes few activities like group discussion were one person will observe the answers and then there will one on one interview.

It was very smooth and like a conversation. Th einterview didn't made me feel like it was an interview. I had the space to be myself and speak my mind even if the interviewer didn't align with me.

Group Discussion, Presentation and Personal Interviews revolving around social issues of rural areas and innovation in Education space and schools. case study discussion around government stakeholders with Psychology and Teacher at focus. Alumni interaction with large group and QA session to develop understanding of various projects that are being undertaken.
