Kaiser air sent out a job posting to my university and that's where I heard about the position. They specified that they were flexible with students which is what caught my attention so I emailed them. Almost 15 min later I get a reply to fill out a form and submit through email or at the interview. I filled it out, brought to the interview. The interview was okay, waited a while (it happens no big deal), was interviewed by the chief pilot who does the training. It was more of a conversation that just questions which I liked. He told me about the job in great detail which I enjoyed and I told him about my experience... At the end he tells me I should hear back in 10 days. 10 days pass by, then 11, 12.. So on. I send them an email asking for any updates, nothing. Send another one days later to the HR, nothing. A classmate of mine went through the same process and also heard nothing. Pretty inconsiderate in my opinion. Just don't bother!
