It was two interviews. First one was behavioral and the second interview was with the director that involved a case study. The first interview was very good as the managers were able to show a lot of their personality and make good conversation. Second interview was much more difficult to connect with the director.

How will Kaiser's profitability be affected with government funding being cut? Since Kaiser is a non-profit, how will these cuts affect the hospital?

Entretien
Application, cover letter, resume and then interview with the hiring manager and a senior financial analyst. The interview was laidback and the team seemed like a great group of people to work for!
